About Brown Jordan Repair by The Southern Company
Our Story
40 Years of Bringing Brown Jordan Furniture Back to Life
Brown Jordan Repair is a specialty service of The Southern Company — the largest outdoor furniture restoration company in the United States. Since 1985, we have been the go-to resource for homeowners and businesses across the Mid-Atlantic who want to protect their investment in high-quality Brown Jordan outdoor furniture.
What started as a local patio furniture repair shop in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, has grown into a regional operation serving customers from Connecticut to Northern Virginia. But our approach has never changed: treat every piece of furniture with the same care and craftsmanship its original makers intended.
Brown Jordan furniture is built to last — but it needs the right care to do so. Our team has spent decades learning the specific materials, construction methods, and hardware that make Brown Jordan pieces unique. That expertise is what separates us from a general furniture repair shop, and it’s why thousands of Brown Jordan owners trust us with their most valued outdoor pieces.

Our Team & Facility
Expert Craftsmen. State-of-the-Art Facility.
Our restoration work is done entirely in-house at our 2330 Wyandotte Road facility in Willow Grove, PA. We don’t outsource — every sling replacement, re-strapping, powder coat job, and mesh repair is handled by our own trained craftsmen. That means consistent quality control on every single piece that comes through our doors.
Our facility is equipped for the full restoration process: industrial powder coating booths, professional sling-cutting and tensioning stations, and a comprehensive parts inventory covering the most popular Brown Jordan collections. When your furniture arrives, it gets a thorough inspection and a clear restoration plan before any work begins.
Our Commitment
Our Promise to Every Brown Jordan Owner
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed
Every piece of Brown Jordan furniture that leaves our facility is fully inspected against our quality standards. If something isn’t right, we make it right — no questions asked.
Care Instructions Included
As part of our restoration process, we provide written instructions on how to care for your newly restored Brown Jordan furniture — including what cleaning products to use, and just as importantly, what to avoid.
Honest Estimates, No Surprises
We give you a clear, itemized quote before any work begins. You’ll know exactly what we’re doing and what it costs — before we pick up a single chair.
Refinish, Recycle, Renew
We believe strongly in the value of restoration over replacement. Every Brown Jordan piece we restore is one less item in a landfill — and thousands of dollars saved for the owner. That philosophy drives everything we do.
