Sling Replacement
Over time, Brown Jordan slings stretch, fade, and tear — especially under harsh sun and weather. We replace worn slings with premium-grade, UV-resistant fabric available in dozens of colors and patterns. Whether you want to match your original look or refresh your patio with something new, we’ll help you choose the right fabric and install it to factory specifications.
- Available for chairs, chaises, loveseats, and sectional pieces
- Wide fabric color library — coordinate with your existing patio decor
- Proper tensioning for the signature Brown Jordan sling fit
Re-Strapping & Relacing
Vinyl straps on Brown Jordan collections like Tamiami can crack, break, or loosen with age and UV exposure. We remove all existing strapping and replace it with commercial-grade vinyl or resin straps in your choice of color — re-tensioned for a tight, professional finish.
- Commercial-grade strap material rated for outdoor use
- Multiple strap widths and colors available
- Applies to dining chairs, lounge chairs, ottomans, and more
Frame Refinishing (Powder Coating)
Brown Jordan’s aluminum frames are built to last — but paint chips, scratches, and oxidation happen. Our industrial powder coating process strips the old finish, prepares the metal, and applies a durable, smooth new coat that matches or refreshes the original color. The result is a finish that rivals the original factory paint — and is rated to withstand years of outdoor exposure.
- Full strip-and-refinish using electrostatic powder coating
- Dozens of color options including classic Brown Jordan finishes
- Available for all aluminum and wrought iron Brown Jordan frames
Brown Jordan Mesh Repair
The Wave and other Brown Jordan mesh collections require specialized repair. We source the correct mesh material and re-weave or replace panels to match the original look and structural integrity of your piece. This is not a generic repair — our team is trained specifically on Brown Jordan mesh construction.
- Re-weaving and full panel replacement available
- Correct mesh gauge and weave pattern matched to your collection
- Structural integrity restored to original specs

Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely. Brown Jordan is widely considered the gold standard of American outdoor furniture. Founded in 1945, the brand pioneered aluminum patio furniture design and has spent decades perfecting its materials and construction. Brown Jordan pieces are built with aircraft-grade aluminum frames, high-performance slings, and premium-grade hardware — designed to withstand years of outdoor exposure without rusting, warping, or deteriorating. That’s exactly why so many owners choose to repair and restore their Brown Jordan furniture rather than replace it: the underlying quality is worth preserving.
In many cases, yes — but it depends on the collection and production year of your set. Some Brown Jordan collections have been in production for decades, and we may be able to source a matching frame or a close equivalent. The best way to find out is to call us directly at 800-622-1901 so we can look up your specific model and confirm availability. If an exact match isn’t possible, we can often refinish a similar frame to match your set’s color and sling fabric for a seamless look.

Most Brown Jordan pieces carry a manufacturer’s tag or stamp on the underside of the frame — typically on a leg or support rail. Look for the ‘Brown Jordan’ name, a collection name (such as Tamiami, Venetian, or Nomad), and sometimes a production date or model number. If the tag is worn or missing, you can often identify the collection by the distinctive frame shape, weave pattern, or sling style. You’re also welcome to send us a photo, and our team can help you identify the collection and the right repair approach.
